KSZ8794CNX standalone mode not works (destmaster)

Hello,I've trouble to getting working the KSZ8794CNX in standalone unmanaged mode. I've the port 1 to 3 connected ... all the pins for port 4 (Gigabit no phy port) is unconnected. The SPI pins are unconnected except for SPIQ (pin 52) that is pulled down...
