ARP Message Length from 60 byte to 42 byte. (FaTmx)

Hi.I have problems with the length of the ARP message, which is 60 bytes. I need that length is 42 byte . Otherwise the device controlled not answer the mac address.How do I change the length . I saw in other posts that it is possible to eliminate the pad..
