I'm using LAN8710A PHY Chip for ethernet communication.After Power ON Hardware reset, I'm able to read the PHY ID, Link Up Status, Link Up Speed. While running the TCP/IP stack i was not able to observe any signals passing the PHY (TXN and TXP) to the RJ4..
